When 2,500 children were taken from their parents arms at the border and locked up by the government, you jumped into action. The generosity of Young Center supporters allowed us to expand our staff and to hire attorneys who have done nothing but focus on reuniting children with their families. And we have succeeded in so many cases! But 220 children remain separated from their parents as of last week, and Young Center Advocates are still hard at work on dozens more of those cases.

Now a new crisis is rising. Today, 12,800 unaccompanied children are being held in detention centers by the government. Last year at this time, fewer than 5,000 children were in detention. And the length of time these children wait anxiously to be released has doubled. And the administration threatens new policy changes every week that attack children's rights:
