Constance Moustakas is the Director of Individual Giving for the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, where she executes strategies to cultivate and steward donors in support of the mission. Previously, Constance was the Vice President of Development for the Mental Health Association of Westchester and has over 15 years’ experience working in philanthropy. She has served on numerous non-profit boards and is currently a board member of CASA New York State. Constance has an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BS from Fordham University.
