Zach Markin works in PwC’s SAP Practice, where he focuses on bringing practical GenAI tools to clients and has spent nearly a decade helping organizations get more value from their SAP investments. Outside of work, Zach is a committed mentor, currently volunteering with Mercy Home and previously supporting youth and families through the Syrian Community Network and Big Brothers Big Sisters. YC’s mission is personal to him, shaped by close relationships with immigrant families and the experiences of his own Chicago neighbors. He’s also a husband and father of two young boys, a Chicago dining enthusiast, an avid yogi, runner, and cyclist. Zach joins the board with an open mind, a good ear, and a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute.
