Aidee M. Farias is the Chief Finance & Administrative Officer at the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, leading finance, human resources, operations, technology, compliance, and administration to strengthen organizational effectiveness and support the organization’s mission of serving immigrant children.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and higher education organizations, she brings expertise in finance, operations, strategic planning, grant administration, and organizational development. Before joining the Young Center, she was Managing Director of the California LULAC Foundation, supporting leadership development and civic engagement initiatives, and held leadership roles at SACNAS, supporting the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American scientists in STEM.
Throughout her career, Aidee has helped mission-driven organizations serving immigrant, low-income, and underserved communities build sustainable systems that expand opportunity, strengthen organizational capacity, and drive impact. She holds an MBA.
